Personal Data Processing Consent

  1. In accordance with the Federal Law dated July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", I hereby give my consent to Limited Liability Company "1C International", located at: 17 Krasnoyarskaya street, premises XV, room 1, Moscow, 107589 Russia ("Company"), to the processing of my personal data contained in the registration form on www.surveymonkey.com ("Feedback Survey")and the personal data that I have made publicly available and sent to the Company in the registration form ("Personal Data") subject to the conditions set forth in this consent and in the Privacy Policy.
  2. Hereby I consent to the processing of my Personal Data for the following purposes (the "Purposes"):
    a) in order for the Company to get event feedback;
    b) to send me notices, requests and information (with the exception of advertising materials) by the Company and the Partners in connection with my filling of the Feedback Form, as well as contacting me in any other way to fulfil the Terms of Use;
  3. Solely for the Purposes specified herein my Personal Data can be transferred by the Company to the Partners. For the avoidance of doubt, I hereby confirm that such third parties that might receive my Personal Data from the Company are located in the jurisdictions that do not provide for the adequate protection of individuals' rights, and I hereby consent to such transfer to fulfil the Terms of Use and solely for the Purposes specified herein.
  4. The Company and third parties receiving my Personal Data from the Company (including the Partners) shall process my Personal Data for the Purposes specified herein by the following means (both with and without the use of automation tools): to collect, to record, to systematize, to accumulate, to store, to update (change and amend), to extract, to use, to transfer to the parties specified herein, to depersonalize, to block, to delete, and to destroy the Personal Data.
  5. This consent to processing my Personal Data is valid for three (3) years, and also afterwards for the term needed to achieve the purposes of processing and compliance with the applicable law.
  6. This consent can be withdrawn by email request to the following email address int_staff@1c.com. Upon receipt of such notice, the Company must cease processing my Personal Data, unless otherwise required by the applicable law.
