This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile applications 1C:Drive Mobile Client, 1C:Drive Field Sales, and 1C:ERP Turkish Edition Mobile Client (each referred to as the “App”) handle user data. Each App is developed by Limited Liability Company "1C International" (1Ci) and is intended to provide mobile access to a deployed instance of the 1C:Drive ERP system (for 1C:Drive Mobile Client and 1C:Drive Field Sales) or the 1C:ERP system (for 1C:ERP Turkish Edition Mobile Client) (each referred to as the “Deployed System”).
1. No Collection of Personal Data
The App does not collect or transmit any personal user information (including personal data or financial transaction data) without the user’s explicit action. For proper operation, the App requires a continuous Internet connection.
2. Data Transmission via Secure Connection
The App connects to the Internet solely to access the Deployed System specified by the user. It interacts with the user’s own database via the HTTP(S) protocol. Data exchange occurs strictly under the user’s control and direction.
3. Camera Access
With the user's permission, the App may access the mobile device’s camera. This allows users to attach photos to product records or scan barcodes within the application. Access is granted only when explicitly authorized by the user.
4. File Storage Access
The App may access the device’s local file storage to support two functions:
- Saving backups generated within the App
- Attaching files (e.g., documents, images, videos) to records or documents within the Deployed System
This access is requested only when required by the user’s actions.
5. Support Requests and Technical Data
When contacting technical support from within the App, the user’s message may be supplemented with technical information such as the operating system version and exchange settings.
This information does not identify the user personally and contains no behavioral or preference data.
The technical data is included as plain text in the message body and can be reviewed or deleted by the user before sending.
Messages are sent through the user’s configured email client on their mobile device.
