1Ci Launches 1C:Enterprise Developer Training Course for Turkish IT Students

November 12, 2020 (Istanbul, Turkey)

November 16, 2020 is going to be a big day for the Turkish 1C developer community. This day marks the start of the first official 1C:Enterprise training course for Turkish IT students. More than 50 participants from three different universities have enrolled for the course and are to become the first generation of 1C:Enterprise software engineers with a formal education from leading 1Ci specialists. After taking the course those developers will join 1Ci Turkish and international partner communities and become a powerful wave of talented software engineers to bring the 1C:Enterprise software platform to Turkish and international businesses.

This undertaking wouldn’t be possible without the help and cooperation of university staff who were incredibly open to the new opportunities for their students. 1Ci is taking the chance to thank the faculties and staff of the following universities for their invaluable help:

What to expect from the course:

Curriculum

The course starts on November 16, ends on December 25 and is based on the 1Ci free online Junior Developer video course. This course and many others are available on the 1Ci Academy education portal and anyone can start learning about the 1C:Enterprise platform whenever they want. Each week is dedicated to one module of the course:

• Nov 16 - Nov 20: Module 1. Basic concepts and skills
• Nov 23 - Nov 27: Module 2. Main Metadata Classes

• Nov 30 - Dec 4: Module 3. 1C script language basics
• Dec 7 - Dec 11: Module 4. UX/UI basics
• Dec 14 - Dec 18: Module 5. Queries basics
• Dec 21 - Dec 25: Module 6. Reports basics 

Live sessions with 1C specialists

At the beginning of each week students will have an introductory Zoom session with the 1C:Enterprise expert and the author of the course Konstantin Rupasov. During this session students will get an agenda and learning materials for the new module.

Each week will end with a Q&A Zoom session where Konstantin will answer any questions students might have and address any issues they might have experienced during the week.

Both sessions will be supported by 1Ci Turkey Country Manager Mehmet Iscen who will also provide students with translation into Turkish if needed.

Hands-on experience

At the beginning of the course every student will get access to the 1Ci Laboratory server where they can try out the 1C:Enterprise platform, follow course examples and obtain firsthand experience in developing 1C business applications.

Certification

By the end of the course all students will be able to take the official certification exam and become certified 1C Junior Developers. These certificates will kick start their careers as a 1C developer and open many job opportunities on the international market.
