Challenges

Before the implementation, ANER Group faced significant challenges in integrating its sales, inventory, and logistics data across multiple platforms. The company needed to connect its internal system with IKAS, an e-commerce platform using GraphQL, and OMSAN, its main logistics provider. Due to the unique structure of GraphQL, a custom code converter had to be developed inside 1Ci to enable proper communication between systems. Manual operations caused delays in order processing, invoicing, and shipment tracking.

Solution

Together with IQM Technology, ANER Group implemented 1C:Drive Turkish Edition to build a unified digital ecosystem.

Key actions included:

Integration with IKAS E-commerce Platform: Stocks were categorized and new data fields were added in 1C:Drive to meet IKAS requirements. Product information was automatically transferred to IKAS, while incoming orders were imported back into 1C:Drive for automatic invoicing and payment registration.
Automation of Sales, Purchase, and Warehouse Operations: With 1C:Drive, ANER Group now manages all sales, purchases, customer data, and stock movements in one cloud-based platform without the need for multiple systems.
Integration with OMSAN Logistics: After purchase orders were created, product dimensions, quantities, and estimated arrival data were automatically transferred to OMSAN. Once goods arrived, OMSAN’s system sent confirmation data back to 1C:Drive, allowing warehouse reconciliation and stock updates in real time.

After four months of project work and three months of active implementation by the IQM team, ANER Group achieved significant operational improvements:
