PW LOGISTICS Sp. z o.o. is a part of PW Group GmbH headquartered in Augsburg, Germany. The company has been manufacturing and selling combine harvester parts since 1998. As an OEM, it supplies components for most major combine harvester brands, such as Case IH, Claas, John Deere, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, as well as certain parts for Laverda and Deutz-Fahr.
The company has opened one of its largest warehouses in Poland to serve as a wholesale hub for global customers. The challenges the client faced mainly concerned order and warehouse management, financial and management reporting, cost accounting and procurement. Specifically, they needed to implement a uniform system eliminating manual reporting and automating other processes.
