Navek is a Turkish manufacturer and distributor of professional sports equipment, originally founded by former national archers. The company’s journey began in 1999 with active involvement in archery as professional athletes.
In 2013, Navek was officially established, with its name inspired by the word “arrow” — reflecting its strong roots in archery.
Today, Navek operates a 12,000 m² production facility in Düzce, Türkiye, manufacturing and supplying equipment across more than 35 sports disciplines. The company is particularly strong in equipment production for: Archery, Gymnastics, Professional sports equipment for institutions and federations.

In addition to domestic production, Navek coordinates with international offices in China, the United States, and Europe, as well as a warehouse in Hungary, creating an integrated global supply structure.
The company actively supports sports federations and contributes to the development of sports infrastructure in Türkiye.

Challenges

As Navek grew from a small entrepreneurial initiative into a large-scale manufacturing and distribution company, operational complexity increased significantly.
